Mendia Cowl

Take 2 skeins of squishy yarn and create Mendia, a cosy cowl designed for snuggling into. Wear Mendia as it is or fold in half for a different look - so versatile. Mendia features an eyelet edging with twisted ribbing merging into a fun twisted eyelet chevron pattern. This project knits up quickly and is a fun addition to any wardrobe or a perfect gift. The name Mendia is of Basque origin, the meaning of Mendia is ??mountain?g an apt name for this cowl with its chevron design depicting a mountain range.

Gauge: 22 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches in Twisted Ribbing

Materials Used: DK Weight / 8-ply, 440 yards / 400 m. Sample knit with: Cloudborn Fibers, Superwash Merino DK, (100% superwash Merino wool, 221 yds/ 202 m per 100g): 2 skeins in Shaela Heather

Needle Size: US 6 / 4mm 24?g circular needles to work in the round.
